Crispy, tender salmon bites coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds for a crave-worthy meal or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 450 g (1 lb) salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.

  • Sear salmon bites in olive oil 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and cook garlic 30 seconds. Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar, simmer 2–3 minutes.

  • Return salmon to skillet and toss to coat in sauce for 1 minute.

  • Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Maple syrup can replace honey if desired. Adjust red pepper flakes for mild heat.
