Instructions

  • Cook pasta in well-salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and gently cook garlic until fragrant.

  • Add salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and reserved pasta water. Stir to combine.

  • Add pasta to the skillet and toss until coated and glossy.

  • Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan-style cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
